my room was super clean. i found one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in. the staff acknowledged me with a good morning every time i encountered them. they were all happy to talk to me on a personal level.

i found the pub dinner a little disappointing. it had very ordinary pub food. the food looked like it had sat under the keep warm lights too long. breakfasts were disappointing too. the menu was good but the food was not very hot.
